About Me

At 5 years old I wanted to be a police officer / scubadiver, 10, a professional soccer player or skateboarder, at 15, a rockstar, 20, a graphic designer / t-shirt mogul and 25, a web developer. Having had two of my dream careers isn't too bad and I have learned a whole lot along the way, and for this I am eternally grateful. Although I wouldn't mind the rockstar gig if it opened up.

Now in my 30s, I am happily married to the prettiest girl I have ever met and couldn't be more excited about our son, River. I love the modest house we share with our two pugs (Bella & Napoleon) and two cats (Dexter & Mimu). I'm happy I can paint the walls any color I want and that I have a place I can brew delicious tasty beer.

My buddy Eddie was burned by another designer and ended up paying a whole lot of money for a background image. I took his expensive background image as inspiration and finished his site. This time around he got his money's worth and I was able to help a friend out.

Rowdy Beer Crew

This is a personal project that I had been thinking about doing for a long time. I, along with my friends have been home brewing beer for some time and I wanted to create a place where we could exchange stories, recipes and help plan events that have to do with beer and brewing.

I like this site because 1. I got to build a wordpress template from scratch and 2. it was my first responsive design. This site will automatically adjust itself to fit your screen width, making only one site needed for all devices. This one was really fun to build and I look forward to doing more sites like this.

Traveler Guitar

I was asked by Traveler guitar to redesign their website, but to make it more SEO friendly and easy for them to update on their own. My solution was to use wordpress with a heavily customized template. I also used jQuery for many of the interface items.

My good friend Paul asked me to build a small brochure site to promote his new venture. So I created a simple php site and plugged all of his info into it. Honestly one of the best, most prepared people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made this project a breeze and even provided a sketch of the logo they wanted.
